The service and operator

These Terms of Use govern Nudge’s interview practice, live assistance, and session review at nudge.lllab.space and its connected web and desktop clients. Nudge is independently operated under the LL Lab brand in Vietnam. Contact [email protected] for support or questions about these terms.

Read these terms together with the Privacy Policy, which explains how information is processed. Independently hosted Nudge servers have their own operators and terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nudge. Use is available only where applicable law and the service providers’ regional requirements permit it. Do not use the service to bypass those restrictions.

Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Optional sign-in providers have their own terms. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Recording and AI assistance

Use capture and recording only when you have the necessary permission from participants and comply with applicable law and the rules of the meeting, interview, employer, or platform. Do not use Nudge to misrepresent unaided performance where assistance is prohibited.

Browser capture uses the source you share. Native Mac Live Assist captures system audio from running applications independently of the source chosen for screenshots. Check the selected source and other audio playing on your computer before starting. Mock practice uses the microphone; Live Assist leaves it off.

Direct entire-screen exclusion of the Nudge overlay remains unverified. Clean Desktop is a separate filtered sharing option. Confirm the receiving participant’s view before relying on a sharing setup.

AI output and your decisions

Generated questions, answers, code, and feedback may be incomplete or incorrect. Review them and adapt them to your own experience. You are responsible for your statements, submissions, and use of generated content.

Nudge does not guarantee interview results, employment outcomes, particular response times, or uninterrupted availability. AI assistance is not a substitute for professional advice.

Your documents and content

You retain any ownership rights you have in the documents and other content you provide. You give LL Lab permission to store, copy, transmit, and process that content as needed to provide Nudge, including through Google Gemini as described in the Privacy Policy. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to LL Lab.

Upload or capture only information you are entitled to use and provide for this processing. Respect other people’s privacy, intellectual property, and confidentiality obligations. Keep unrelated private information out of captured sources.

AI responses may resemble responses generated for other people, and Nudge does not guarantee that output is unique or free of third-party rights. To report a content or intellectual-property complaint, email [email protected] with enough information to identify the content and explain your concern.

Acceptable use

Do not use Nudge for unlawful recording, unauthorized access, abuse, harassment, malware, or activities that violate applicable provider policies. Do not bypass authentication, interfere with the service, access another person’s data without authorization, or attempt to bypass provider safety controls.

Use the product consistently with the Gemini API terms and applicable third-party rules.

Desktop clients and permissions

Download installers only from Nudge’s published download links. Mac and Windows clients may differ in capture features, authentication support, and operating-system requirements.

The desktop client connects to the configured Nudge server. Changing that address changes the operator receiving your information. Grant microphone, system-audio, and screen permissions only as needed, and manage them through your operating system.

Free service and future charges

Nudge is currently free to use. These terms do not introduce a subscription or other charge. Your own internet or device costs remain your responsibility.

If paid features are introduced, we will provide separate notice of the price, payment terms, and any cancellation or refund rules before asking you to purchase them. We will not automatically enroll existing users in a paid plan.

Availability, suspension, and termination

Nudge depends on its hosting, network, and AI providers. Features may be unavailable or change as those services evolve. We may modify or discontinue features and will provide notice of material service changes where reasonably possible and as required by law.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, security threats, unlawful activity, or a legal or provider requirement. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us. Urgent security or legal circumstances may require action without advance notice.

You can stop using Nudge at any time and delete your account in Account Settings. Session expiry and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy. Expiry does not guarantee permanent deletion, and suspension or termination alone does not automatically delete stored data. Contact us for assistance if you cannot access the deletion controls.

Governing law and your rights

These terms are governed by Vietnamese law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and other rights that apply where you live. Contact [email protected] to raise a dispute so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from contacting an authority or bringing a claim before a court with jurisdiction.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nudge is provided as available without additional warranties about accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a legal guarantee, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version and effective date will appear on this page. Material changes will be identified on the website before they take effect, with additional notice where required by law.
